Woerner gets bittersweet 2020 Halloween treat

Halloween is known for tricks or treats. For Raymore City Clerk Jeanie Woerner, it was a day with a bittersweet treat. Oct. 31 was the official day of Woerner’s retirement after more than a quarter of a century working for the city.
