5th grader wins Ray-Pec Spelling Bee
Fifth grader Mac Northcraft won the Ray-Pec School District Spelling Bee on Jan. 13. Brooklyn Meloy, a seventh grader at Ray-Pec East Middle School, was the runner-up.

Paul Turner named new South Middle assistant principal
Paul Turner will be the new assistant principal at Ray-Pec South Middle School, effective July 1. The Ray-Pec School Board approved the hiring at its Jan. 28 meeting.

Raymore-Peculiar 2020 Fall Middle Schools Honor Roll
This is the list of names that were honored by Raymore-Peculiar East and South Middle Schools for their academic achievements during the Fall of 2020 academic semester.The Principal’s Honor Roll includes students with a Grade Point Average of 3.5 or higher. The Honor Roll includes students with a GPA of 3.0 to 3.49.
