2020 Mayor’s Tree Lighting done virtually

The weather was relatively nice for the Mayor’s Christmas Tree Lighting event on Dec. 4. For most residents attending the event, the climate was room temperature, literally, as this year’s ceremony was held virtually.

Ray-Pec boys continue hot streak as winter season begins

The fact that boys from Raymore-Peculiar High School were the last Cass County team to be competing in the fall sports campaign, did not slow the Panthers down as they began play in the 2020-2021 winter season last week.
