Belton approves Center 301 Apartment project

BELTON, MO – The Belton City Council approved the rezoning request and the Preliminary Development Plan for the $34 million Center 301 Apartments project located on 17.15 acres at the southeast corner of Towne Center Drive and Markey Parkway.
