Ray-Pec boys qualify for state basketball tournament

History repeated itself.
The 23-3 Ray-Pec Panthers defeated the 16-10 Lee’s Summit West Titans to secure the Missouri Class 5, District 13 Championship, just as they did almost exactly four year ago.
