On Dec. 15, police officers took 50 children holiday shopping as part of Shop with a Cop. Police say man fatally shot outside home in Kansas City By Raymore Journal staff A man was fatally shot early Monday outside a home in Kansas City just west of Marlborough Park, police there said.
