Two opportunities are offered through the Finance and Communications departments. Raymore residents to see energy bills go up in March By Raymore Journal staff Evergy Missouri West is planning to make some annual adjustments that will likely result in a higher energy bill. A winter storm from a year ago is to blame. New Cass County library being built in Pleasant Hill By Raymore Journal staff Cass County Public Library has acquired the property located at 101 South 7 Highway in Pleasant Hill that will become a new library branch for the community.
